Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations and mechanical maintenance services of a federal facility in Washington, DC. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Facilities and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and supervising building mechanical maintenance operations for large Federally owned buildings.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations and maintenance of all buildings under this contract.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Negotiate O&M contracts and manage relationships with vendors who service the buildings being managed.
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and equipment, noting and reporting need for repair and replacements.
  • Ensure proper use of the CMMS for all buildings under this contract.
  • Regularly meet with customer to provide contract requirements updates and receive further directions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Excellent record of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and repair parts for all equipment in the facilities.
