- Field customer complaints and escalations are handled well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.
- Ensure value creation for the customer and that the work is in line with the organization's strategy and priorities.
- Oversee local staff, including subordinate supervisors.
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight of assigned project or tasks.
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- May also perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks.
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
- Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Oversight of supply chain AOR actions including procurements and software maintenance.
- Strong budget/financial management experience including regular reviews of customer spending and strategic planning.
- Experience managing daily operations in a high-operational tempo environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple customers and balancing competing priorities.
- 10+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience required.
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- ITIL V4 certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience briefing Senior Leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Professional certification (PMP).
- Experience in financial analysis and management for large projects.
Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
