Olgoonik Corporation is Seeking a Firearms Training Specialist

Olgoonik Corporation is a leading provider of professional contracting services, committed to delivering high-quality operations and fostering a culture of excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Firearms Training Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in firearms training, with expertise in planning, organizing, and presenting courses. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive firearms training programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Design and deliver training courses, utilizing a range of instructional methods and materials.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to instructors and trainees, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a firearms training instructor preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in firearms training, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Security Clearance:
  • Possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to complete work requiring regular and recurring physical exertion, including periods of standing, occasional heavy lifting, and irregular hours in both training and protective service operations.
  • Ability to work outdoors where conditions may be unpleasant or uncomfortable, irregular and unscheduled hours and with exposure to personal risks.
Travel:

Periodic local travel and occasionally, travel to other areas within and outside the United States may be required.
