Customer Care Servicing Liaison

The Customer Care Servicing Liaison role at United Wholesale Mortgage is a key position that requires strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve communication and processes within the Servicing Team and its vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complaint Tracking: Develop and maintain a system to track complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with vendors.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement calling campaigns and email blasts to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and modify reports to provide insights on customer behavior and process efficiency.
- Process Development: Work with upstream teams to create and update processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in mortgage servicing is required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage process, sub-servicing relationships, and customer service principles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
