Medical Site Operations Manager

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Clinical Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical departments, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are followed, and monitoring the safety of all patients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise patient care teams and delegate job functions and assignments to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Interview, hire, train, monitor, evaluate, coach, counsel, discipline, and terminate assigned staff members as needed.
- Work with C-level employees and Physicians to facilitate oversight and support of Advanced Practitioners, if applicable.
- Verify, process, and authorize payroll information for assigned staff, managing payroll costs with appropriate staffing levels in mind.
- Actively oversee staff performance, including developing staff by requiring ongoing training, guidance, and continuing education.
- Facilitate opportunities for increased revenue to include new services and/or additional locations.
- Develop, establish, and implement the department/section's operations policies, working with Executives, Directors, Department Heads, Physicians, and Staff to ensure compliance and improve patient services in alignment with Clinic policies.
- Prepare for and review Site audits to ensure compliance with AARA standards.
- Maintain and control the ordering of drugs, supplies, and equipment as well as associated maintenance agreements to ensure the proper working conditions as needed for the operation of the section.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in a related field
- Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE)
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative processes and principles
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Knowledge of medical coding
- Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws
- Computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software
- Relevant experience
