Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with suppliers, retail locations, and independent contractors.
- Ensures resolution of shipping discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and in-home damage claims.
- Utilizes GPS technology for truck dispatching.
- Supervises in-home delivery operations for clients.
- Prepares monthly operational reports, including statistics and customer service metrics.
- Manages Customer Service Representatives and Routing personnel.
- Attendance and punctuality are critical components of this role.
- Directly oversees hourly on-site staff handling daily operations in data entry, customer service, order processing, and delivery.
- Executes supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities also encompass employee training; planning, assigning, and directing tasks; recognizing and guiding team members; addressing grievances and resolving issues.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous supervisory experience, including conducting performance evaluations of direct reports.

Physical Requirements:
- This position is primarily clerical and administrative within a professional office environment. The employee frequently engages in sitting, standing, walking, using hands, stooping, bending, and reaching. Extensive use of a phone and computer is required. Remote work may be necessary at times.
