Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, with a base pay range of $60-65K plus car allowances and uncapped commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health benefits, 401K availability immediately, paid sick leave, accrued vacation time, and paid holidays.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, as well as ATS & CRM systems.
