About the Job

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position involves performing various tasks to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filter oil fryers daily to prevent grease buildup and ensure food safety.
  • Clean equipment, including inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to receive inventory and supplies.
  • Take out and empty trash compactors regularly to keep the premises free of waste.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris to ensure optimal indoor air quality and prevent damage to property.
Working Environment

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and conditions. You must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces when necessary.
