Compensation:
$23 - $25 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment)

We are actively seeking compassionate and hospitality-oriented CNAs to deliver direct care to our residents and assist the nursing team with various tasks in a respectful and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:



  • Reviewing and adhering to the nursing care plan and daily assignments for each resident.
  • Responding to emergency situations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Safely transferring residents from beds to chairs and assisting with mobility as needed.
  • Maintaining a pleasant, safe, and homelike environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications Required:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program and licensure in the state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
