Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in a long-term care setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents by assisting with their daily living activities, providing personal care, and collaborating with the nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of your responsibilities.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and nursing staff.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
  • Your name must appear on the NC State Registry as a Nurse Aide in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a Nurse Aide in long-term care is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff.
  • Must be able to read and write.
