We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in mitigating risk and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mitigate risk by resolving clients' past due balances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure quality products are delivered to branches and clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer inbound calls to resolve past due balances and meet daily collections and call goals.
  • Initiate calls to clients based on risk to resolve outstanding receivables.
  • Make informed decisions to release or hold at-risk accounts based on established policies and procedures.
  • Research EFT transactions returned by the bank to recollect funds owed by clients.
  • Evaluate high-risk accounts to determine if they need to be escalated to the internal collection agency.
  • Maintain daily call requirements based on forecasts to ensure standards are met.
