About the Role

This position provides organization and support to the data management of the Trauma Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry into the trauma registry
  • Developing reports based on queries from the database
  • Assuring timely mandated submission of state, national, and organization trauma data
  • Guiding outreach, injury prevention, and educational activities based on trauma center data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Virginia license to practice nursing
  • A BSN or Bachelor's in a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting, trauma center experience preferred
