The Opportunity

The Client Service Manager will consistently provide the highest level of day-to-day client service to Personal Lines clients. This individual will help grow the assigned book and contribute to the overall growth, retention, and profitability of the book and insurance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book Management & Client Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients striving to exceed client's expectations
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with carrier underwriters
  • Ability to quote, process changes, pull coverage forms, use carrier websites
  • Review coverage's make suggestions for new coverages
  • Round out current policies with missing lines
  • Proactively remarket when needed
  • Process certificates and evidences of insurance
  • Negotiate with carriers for positive client outcomes on pricing, underwriting, applications being required
  • Produce quality proposals in epic or excel spreadsheets for renewals and new business
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate records for the clients within EPIC
  • Understand multiple lines of coverages and be able to meet with clients to explain coverages, assist with billing questions, audit issues, policy changes
