Job Title: Operating Technician

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a skilled Operating Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. As an Operating Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate all assigned equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Work with manufacturing leaders to establish, implement, and maintain standard work in the area.
  • Conduct training for operators on standard work and trouble-shooting techniques.
  • Recommend changes to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement programs, including LPMS, 5S, KATA, and Kaizen events.
  • Troubleshoot machine/line stoppage and perform repairs.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor production quality and take action according to standard work/SOP.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years related experience or technical requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
