- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- One year or more experience in case management, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Knowledge of community and county resources, including proficiency in using commonly used technology tools and devices.
- Ability to maintain a valid California driver's license, current personal auto insurance, and an MVR sufficient to maintain insurability under agency auto liability.
- Verbal and written fluency in English required; bilingual skills in a second language (particularly Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese) are highly desirable.
This position requires frequent travel to community sites, client homes, and other locations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
