The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the objectives of the marketing division, overseeing workflow methodologies, and enhancing the creative contributions of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries for promotional materials and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Director to monitor and fulfill these requests.
- Contribute to content development that bolsters our brand visibility across digital and print platforms.
- Review marketing materials to ensure uniformity in messaging directed at specific audiences.
- Update presentation materials, ensuring they reflect the latest data, accurate contact details, and adhere to brand standards.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and other databases, including managing opt-out and privacy requests.
- Enter requests, projects, and tasks into marketing tracking systems; document both managerial and compliance approvals, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Assist with updates to the Intranet as required.
- Support the organization and management of files for the team.
- Monitor modifications to regulatory language in marketing materials.
- Liaise with print vendors, oversee inventory of branded materials, and manage various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, invoicing, meeting coordination, marketing fulfillment, and onboarding assistance.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management, media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
- Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, copywriting, editing standards, and brand guideline application.
- Basic knowledge of marketing services and the financial sector.
Education and Experience
Minimum Required:
Associate's degree in Marketing or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum Required: 1+ years of relevant experience.
Systems and Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
