Key Responsibilities:
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitating communication across various levels of the organization to ensure clarity and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders to promote engagement and support for change efforts.
  • Overseeing change control processes to maintain adherence to established policies regarding scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects that impact multiple business lines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
