Financial Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transformation Manager to join our Process & Technology Transformation Team within the Controller's Organization at Georgia-Pacific. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for controller process and technology transformation initiatives, across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, incorporating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including controllership, finance, IT, business leadership, operations to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, identifying risks and dependencies and proactively mitigating issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication to ensure collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end project management.
- Experience working on an Agile and/or Waterfall team, with the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that incorporate the appropriate methodology based on project scope and requirements.
- Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Proficiency in managing project scope, schedule, and resources, identifying risks and dependencies, and proactively mitigating issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication to ensure collaboration and accountability.
- Experience in project management tool SPM ServiceNow.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma.
