As a Production Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing advanced engineered systems and enhancing sustainable manufacturing processes. Collaborating with a diverse team, your focus will be on achieving quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address manufacturing process and product design challenges through timely resolutions, investigations, and corrective action planning.
- Develop cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design manufacturing workflows, workstation layouts, and controls to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain manufacturing standards, including machine capability, process maps, quality controls, and cycle times.
- Create work instructions and standardized processes to ensure quality compliance with specifications.
- Act as a customer advocate for new design developments.
- Collaborate with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Preferred degree in Engineering or related technical fields; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- A growth mindset with a desire to expand technical expertise.
- Results-oriented with a focus on accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with PFMEA is preferred.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000. This range is based on national averages and may vary based on experience and location.
