The Department Lead Person is responsible for providing work direction and training to production employees in assigned work areas to safely achieve the desired output of quality parts and/or finished products as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Informs department Manager of people management issues and identifies the resources needed to consistently meet the production schedule.

  • Establishes and maintains good housekeeping.
