About the Role

AOM Healthcare is a leading provider of long-term care services, operating 21 facilities across Ohio. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team and lead our nursing department in our Northeast Ohio facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective nursing care strategies to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
