Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
- Prepare and coordinate clinical notes and progress notes.
- Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
- 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- We accept new graduates under the Flex Waiver Program.
- Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
- Current State license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license.
- Weekly pay (competitive rate).
