Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.

Job Summary:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
  • Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
  • Prepare and coordinate clinical notes and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
  • 1 year of experience is preferred.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus.
  • We accept NEW GRADS under the Flex Waiver Program.
  • Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Current State license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license.
