About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Boulder Community Health. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to young, middle, and older adults in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, promoting trust and open communication.
  • Implement delegated aspects of patient treatment plans, working closely with clinicians to ensure effective care.
  • Record observations and progress notes, documenting treatment assignments in our Electronic Health Record.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred; BLS certification and de-escalation training are required.
  • One year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric facility is preferred.

  • Competitive salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
