Multicultural Infant Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team at Mental Health Partners. As a Bilingual CIP Parent Infant Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants, children, and families.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide assessments, psychotherapy, and parenting education to clients in their natural environments. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver a holistic treatment approach, leveraging your expertise in supporting infant, child, and family wellness.
Job DescriptionSalary: The annual salary for this role ranges from $54,763 to $76,968, depending on bilingual proficiency levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with a willingness to obtain full licensure. Alternatively, a fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is also acceptable. Proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct home visits and community-based assessments to understand client needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances
- Provide emotional support and guidance to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
