Job Overview

Mental Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support our clients in their recovery journey.

About the Role

The Behavioral Health Technician will work under the supervision of the Nursing Director to provide direct support to clients in an integrated behavioral health program located in a community mental health center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry, tracking, and scheduling to support disease management and a stepped care approach.
  • Obtain and record client vital signs and report client history summary.
  • Participate and support the Behavioral Health Home care model and work with providers to monitor health and follow-up of clients.
  • Provide case management support to clients for wellness services and basic needs.
  • Dispense medications and maintain Medication Administration Records.
  • Refer internally for case management support for wellness services and basic needs.
  • Outreaches to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and other healthcare providers.
  • Obtain and verify client financial and demographic information and ensure client data is entered into the electronic health record.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Nursing Director.

What We Offer

$45,000 - $55,000 per year.
