Position Overview:
Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Customer Support Associate to work from our office. This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver high-quality care services. The Customer Support Associate will collaborate with clinicians, staff, and patients to achieve healthcare objectives while maintaining open lines of communication. Candidates should be compassionate, experienced, and highly organized, ensuring that patients' immediate needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with patients to provide support and manage compliance with care management programs to enhance positive outcomes.
- Accurately document all client communications, whether verbal or written.
- Facilitate communication from Primary Care Clinicians regarding patient needs and ensure comprehensive care plans are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with various organizational areas to meet the needs of patients, their families, and partner facilities.
- Become proficient in using technology, including secure email, telephone systems, and electronic medical records.
- Adhere to documentation protocols and best practices for daily work logs and internal communications.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, evidenced by positive feedback from patients.
- Contribute positively to the department by supporting all team members in a constructive manner.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with extensive phone communication throughout the day.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients, consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Ability to take accurate notes and document tasks promptly.
- Skilled in multitasking between different patients and workstreams while remaining organized and efficient.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers, including Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check, maintain a positive attitude, adapt to change, and be a team player willing to learn continuously.
- Preferred: Familiarity with basic healthcare terminology and principles is advantageous.
