We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Early Childhood Education Specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.
About the Role:
- We're looking for passionate educators who share our commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to 12 years old.
- You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
- As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you'll work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to implement our research-based curriculum and ensure seamless communication with parents.
- Your primary focus will be on supporting the daily care of every child, including feeding, hygiene, and rest periods, while also promoting their intellectual growth through interactive play and learning activities.
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and developing their young minds is essential.
- You must meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Flexibility with regards to hours and schedule is required – no nights or weekends.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is a plus but not necessary.
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development is required for lead positions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
