Client Relations Specialists are tasked with educating and guiding customers about the effective operation, advantages, and safety features of Thoroughbred Express services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience through attentive service.
  • Perform daily operations to maintain the efficiency of the service facility in collaboration with colleagues and management.
  • Welcome customers warmly, explain services, and assist with transactions.
  • Stay informed about equipment usage to operate effectively in an automated environment.
  • Guide vehicles into the service area and onto tracks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Assist customers throughout the service process.
  • Perform visual inspections of vehicles to assess their condition prior to service.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Exhibit a courteous demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours).
  • Capable of lifting moderate weights (10+ pounds).
  • Adaptable to working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Interact ethically with colleagues and customers.
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a service-oriented environment.
