Position Overview:

In the role of Technical Support Specialist, you will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technology-related issues within an end-user computing setting. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on computers, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Offering assistance to high-profile clients and addressing change management requests.
  • Executing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities along with all designated desk-side support functions.
  • Exhibiting exceptional technical and professional capabilities while achieving customer service satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with end-users and service desk teams regarding the status of repairs.
  • Adhering to all established service operations policies and procedures.
  • And additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Certification from a technical school or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Capability to follow directives and lift computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a basic repair toolkit.
  • Further qualifications may be required.
