Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source resumes to create a diverse candidate pool
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate qualified candidates
  • Align candidates with suitable job openings and present them to clients
  • Oversee the activities of contract employees
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Draft job descriptions and manage job postings
  • Negotiate and extend job offers
  • Support payroll, unemployment, and workers' compensation processes as required
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the branch office
Qualifications Required:
