Senior Manager Field Research

About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in research and management. As a Senior Manager Field Research, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection of data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups. You will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting the data to provide insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of research projects, including designing surveys, conducting interviews, and analyzing data.
- Manage a team of researchers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are integrated into business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Business Administration, or Social Science field.
- 8+ years of supervisory and management experience, with 3+ years of social science and/or market research experience.
- Proven track record of success in managing research projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
