Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Dirne Health Center, Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of medical assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of medical assistants.
  • Coordinate scheduling, PTO, and sick call for medical assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations.
  • Perform yearly inventory and assist with emergency care of patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
