Sales Coordinator - IBC National Retail Sales

As a Sales Coordinator for Keurig Dr Pepper's IBC National Retail Sales team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive sales support to our Convenience Retail team. Your responsibilities will include facilitating team meetings, WebEx sessions, and supporting execution excellence with our bottling partners. You will also be responsible for completing and maintaining sales and trade data, customer profiles, and supporting National Account Executives with administrative requirements involved with setting up a new customer or adding a current SKU to the customer's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative functions for IBC co-op nationally
  • Support team with new store processing, equipment transfer requests, and manage daily interaction with field teams
  • Support account creation/updates from end to end process: submission of requests to update or create accounts, process new account documents, review SAP progress, and ensure follow-thru with teams
  • Process EMO or Missing Asset forms with thorough review and follow-up with field
  • Routine updates on IBC recap file with timely communication
  • Customer communication on status and completion of requests
  • Routine data cleansing on quarterly basis
  • Provide product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
  • Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
  • Create and Manage database of Customer Agreement, CMAs and other contracts
  • Complete other sales support duties as needed
  • Communicate effectively to internal team members and external customers
  • Work cross-functionally with DSD field leaders
