We are seeking a skilled Fire Solutions Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will assist project managers, construction supervisors, field technicians, and sales representatives in delivering fire alarm and security projects in commercial, educational, and industrial facilities.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. If you have experience in high-volume customer service, construction, and the fire alarm industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scope of work, schedule, and cost with electrical contractors, general contractors, building owners, and end-users for assigned projects.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing fire alarm installation, inspection, and maintenance projects, providing updates to executives on project statuses and potential issues.
Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years' experience in high-volume customer service, and construction and fire alarm industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
