Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Louisville. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
About the Role:
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Operate the hotel's computer system, including managing room assignments, rates, and other front desk functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is desired.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and hotel management systems.
- Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
