DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating field employees to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule technicians to customer job sites, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Monitor and manage technicians' schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and optimize operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
