Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and uphold the breakfast spread in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
  • Ensure the buffet is visually appealing and plentiful, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and consistency.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and necessary supplies on a daily basis.
  • Keep the breakfast area clean and restock items as required.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel management and collaborate with other departments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with health department regulations regarding food safety and sanitation is advantageous.
