Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.  
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment (full service restaurant experience a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.  
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.  
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
