Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources and participating in recreational activities.
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with mobility, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
