The Role

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions, with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Supply Chain Processes
    • Analyze and improve supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Implement and manage inventory management solutions within NetSuite to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order-to-Cash Process
    • Streamline the order-to-cash process to improve order fulfillment and cash flow.
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Implement and optimize WMS solutions to improve warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
  • System Configuration and Customization
    • Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the business.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • User Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of NetSuite solutions.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and optimization projects from start to finish.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective NetSuite solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, order-to-cash, and WMS in a CPG-oriented company.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with other ERP systems best practices within Oracle's NetSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven to provide top customer service, delivering full end-to-end solutions.
