The Role:
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Intern to contribute to our operations.
This internship presents a unique opportunity to acquire practical experience in supply chain management and customer service within a vibrant and fast-paced setting.
The ideal candidate will assist the supply chain team in maintaining efficient operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to our clients.
This position involves supporting various data organization and tracking tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute order entry across all lines of business within our ERP system.
- Issue Order Acknowledgements to clients via EDI.
- Generate outbound EDI labels according to customer specifications and shipping details.
- Dispatch Advanced Shipping Notices to clients through the EDI platform.
- Process any order modifications requested by clients, via EDI or email.
- Assist in developing processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct general data analysis and monitor current orders.
- Maintain sales reports, detailed accounts, status updates, and perform data entry tasks.
- Enrollment as a university student.
- Ability to present summary-level information to key account managers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, and TMS platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Quick adaptability to new software.
- A desire to learn, innovate, and share ideas with the team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
