Position Overview:
We are in search of a Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing precise and dependable sales forecasts. You will work within our established Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework while ensuring that business partners adhere to necessary timelines. The Supply Chain Analyst will conduct analyses and provide historical data, trends, and insights to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on forecast adjustments.

Core Responsibilities:


1. Oversee item-level forecasting and partner with Sales teams to accurately predict promotional initiatives, market competition, seasonal trends, retail consumption, and customer behavior.

2. Comprehend both upstream and downstream limitations affecting cross-functional partners.

3. Ensure that the forecast is effectively communicated to our supply chain planners across various manufacturing locations.

4. Implement the S&OP process efficiently.

5. Manage the introduction of new products within the system.

6. Conduct analyses and generate reports on historical trends and performance metrics for individual and group products.

7. Hold business partners accountable for meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

2-3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in demand planning is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a comparable role is desirable.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to foster trusted relationships.

A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and insights with the team to achieve optimal solutions.
