Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Safety Coordinator to join our team at Insight Staffing Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret citations and provide recommendations to support sites with regulatory compliance.
  • Manage Part 46 Training compliance program and provide safety training resources to sites.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for new training initiatives and provide safety training to contractors.
  • Lead and promote integration of our Values Safety Program and conduct Root Cause Analyses.
  • Conduct Near-Miss, Loss Control, and Injury Investigations, and identify site inspection data trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of safety or industry operations management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in managing safety programs and developing training.
  • Ability to travel on short notice if needed.
