Compensation:
$21.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. Additional roles may offer higher pay based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work on assigned production lines, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP) for specific tasks.
- Measure, cut, and assemble door units while assisting with various manual labor tasks as required.
- Operate in designated work areas including Outdoor Stock, Interior Stock, or Entry Stock.
- Collaborate under direct supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Duties Include:
1. Confirm the accuracy of materials by reviewing the bill of materials.
2. Ensure that all materials meet quality standards.
3. Palletize, wrap, and label units as necessary.
4. Assemble parts into larger subassemblies and complete units.
5. Test and calibrate components to meet specifications.
6. Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions.
7. Verify correct placement of components according to SOP.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of door components.
- Proficient in using various manual machines and pneumatic tools.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to teamwork and regular attendance.
