Role Responsibilities:
The Production Assembler will be tasked with working on designated production lines, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for specific assignments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying the accuracy of materials by consulting the bill of materials
  • Ensuring materials meet quality standards
  • Palletizing, wrapping, and labeling units as necessary
  • Assembling parts into larger subassemblies and complete units
  • Testing and calibrating components to meet specifications
  • Following instructions and established guidelines for job functions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of common practices within the manufacturing sector
  • Familiarity with manual machines and pneumatic tools
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
