Role Responsibilities:
  • Confirm the accuracy of materials by reviewing the bill of materials
  • Ensure that materials meet established quality standards
  • Palletize, wrap, and label products as necessary
  • Assemble components into larger subassemblies and complete units
  • Test and calibrate parts to ensure they meet specifications
  • Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions
  • Verify correct placement of components according to standard operating procedures
  • Repeat assembly tasks until the entire production batch is complete
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with common concepts, practices, and procedures in the field
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of door components
  • Proficient with various manual tools and pneumatic equipment
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending and lifting
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for production continuity
  • Adherence to all operational and safety protocols
