Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting clients through every phase of their experience, from vehicle appraisal to financing arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle conditions, gathering and relaying critical information to facilitate accurate appraisals.
  • Manage the intake of vehicles received at CarMax, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management.
  • Perform cosmetic evaluations to guarantee that all vehicles adhere to CarMax's quality standards.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including generating reports, maintaining transaction records, and liaising with financial institutions regarding customer contracts.
  • Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices for retail services.
