Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager, Client Solutions to lead and manage our bid and proposal operations. This role will oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality and competitive bids that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the proposal process and improve efficiency.
  • Direct and manage the bid and proposal center, including a team of marketing managers and graphic design professionals.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, design) to gather and integrate necessary information.
  • Review and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic marketing role.
  • Proven experience in bid and proposal management, with a track record of successful proposal submissions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and experience in creating visual assets and branding materials.
