Senior Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Activity Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of engaging activities at Mustang Creek Estates in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with memory care or assisted living activity programs and a passion for creating meaningful experiences that foster mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
About the Role:- Create and execute 4-6 daily activities tailored to residents' interests and needs, promoting cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional support.
- Design a monthly activity calendar reflecting the community's vibrant spirit, ensuring diverse and engaging experiences for residents.
- Host events, including group and one-on-one activities, providing opportunities for socialization, creativity, and personal growth.
- Communicate schedule changes effectively to residents and staff, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Gather feedback from residents and families to inform evolving program improvements.
- Proven experience in memory care or assisted living activity programs.
